Legal Receptionist & Billing Clerk - Insurance Defence (July 2022)
We are currently in search of a Legal Receptionist & Billing Clerk to join our administrative team.

Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong initiative and ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
A commitment to provide the highest level of service
Experience with PC Law Accounting software would be an asset
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Reception duties include, but not limited to, greeting clients, scheduling, courier and mail sorting & distribution, maintain and organize supplies
New matter intake and file set-up
Court filings through the on-line portal
Backing-up and assisting the Legal Assistants and Clerks as necessary.
Compiling Court documents for filing
Preparing packages for process servers
Billing duties include: running, printing and distribution of billings reports and prebills; preparation and distribution of invoices; communication with clients regarding billings enquiries.
On-line invoice submissions using election billing programs such as Legal Tracker
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Law software
